What we do

Parts, assembled.

A demand machine is a set of parts that depend on each other. Take one out and the rest stall, which is what happens to most first outbound hires. Here is each part, what it does, and what you keep when we step back.

The parts list

Each part, its job, what you keep

Target spec

Does
Defines the companies and roles that can actually buy from you, in terms a researcher can search for and a seller agrees with.
You keep
The written spec and the reasoning behind every exclusion.

Research method

Does
Finds the facts about one person and one account that justify writing to them at all. If there is no reason to write, nobody gets written to.
You keep
The method, the sources and the notes on every account.

Writing standard

Does
Sets what a good first message looks like for your market. Short, specific, peer to peer, with a clear way out for the reader.
You keep
The standard, the approved message library and the follow-up sequences.

Review gate

Does
A person reads every message before it goes. Contact is based on consent and a stop request ends contact at once.
You keep
The review checklist and the stop list.

Reply routing

Does
Gives every kind of answer a destination. A real conversation reaches a seller quickly, with the research attached.
You keep
The routing rules and the reply history.

Authority layer

Does
PR, short video and site pages that answer what a buyer checks after reading your message. It is the difference between a stranger and a credible stranger.
You keep
Every piece of content and the plan for the next ones.

Search and answer engines

Does
Shapes your pages so search engines and AI assistants can read them, which matters when a buyer asks for a shortlist instead of searching.
You keep
The pages, the question map and the tracking.
How we build it

Survey, specify, build, run, tune

We do not sell a fixed package. We read what you run now and build only the parts you are missing.

  1. Survey

We map the inputs you run today and agree a baseline with you, so progress is measured against something real.

  2. Specify

The target spec and the writing standard are written down and agreed before anyone is contacted.

  3. Build

Data, research method, review gate and routing are assembled and tested on a small slice first.

  4. Run

We operate it ourselves. Every message is reviewed by a person and every result is reported against the baseline.

  5. Tune

What replies tell us goes back into the spec. The machine gets more accurate the longer it runs.

The handover

When it works, it becomes yours

We are not trying to sit inside your company forever. Once the machine is producing pipeline, we hand over every part of it and train the people who will run it.

  • The playbookHow the machine runs, written for the person who runs it next.
  • The dataEvery account, every note and every reply, in a form your team can use.
  • The sequencesThe approved messages and the follow-ups, with the reasoning behind each one.
  • Trained peopleYour own staff, taught to research, write, review and route the way the machine does.

What we will not do: write to someone nobody researched, contact a person who has asked us to stop, or build something only we can operate.

Free audit

See which parts you are missing.

Your Reachable Buyer Map shows the inputs you run, the ones that sit idle, and where a machine would fit. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
