Privacy notice
This notice explains what Demand Machine does with the information you give us through this website. We have kept it short and plain.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your job title and anything you write in the message box. We collect nothing else through this site.
Why we collect it
We use it for one purpose: to answer your request, which usually means preparing your Reachable Buyer Map and replying to you about it. We do not add you to a newsletter and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us with a follow-up, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Your information is not sold, rented or traded. It is seen only by the people at Demand Machine who are handling your request, and by the service that hosts this website as part of delivering the form to us.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track you across pages or across other websites.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to pearl.crane@demandmachine.co, or send the request through the contact form. If you reply stop to any message from us, we will not contact you again.
